Benjamin - Earn Money Moments 17+

I came across an advertisement for this app on a mobile game that I play, when I first saw the ad my initial thoughts were, “this sounds too good to be true.” I can give my personal testimony that this app delivers everything it says it does. The goals that are needed to reach to earn cash rewards are easily attainable, you don’t need to spend 6 hours a day playing games just to get a couple bucks. I played for 2 weeks every day for 1 hour and was able to reach the minimum cash out amount of $25 easily, and found some new mobile games I actually enjoy in the mean time. There are several options for you that are available to cash out your rewards. You can instantly cash out into your bank account if you are able to verify your identity, or you can cash out your rewards via gift card. The only complaint or critique I have is the issue with the identity verification. I was not able to verify my identity and I’m pretty sure it’s because my hair color is different now that it is in my photo I.D. I can’t verify that but I have a feeling it has something to do with that and then I was not able to retry to verify my identity so my only options was to cash out my rewards via gift card which I had no issues with. If you’re playing mobile games and not being paid for them, do yourself a favor and download Benjamin. The customer service is top notch, they are so helpful and kind!

I originally had jumped the gun & assumed that I, was personally being accused of stuff by Benjamin but I’m hoping that I can give an honest review now that I understand that I misunderstood what customer support was trying to tell me. I am so sorry you guys at Benjamin! I have nothing bad to say about this app, I really do enjoy using it & logging in everyday & being able to claim points that equal money, just for logging in everyday! I have claimed a good amount of money with this app via the Cashback feature. I love that I can connect my cards to this app & in return get Cashback for all my qualifying purchases. I no longer have to just use one of my debit cards to make sure I get money back, bc Benjamin takes care of all of that! I have recommended Benjamin to everyone from my boyfriend, to my mom & they’ve nothing but benefitted from it, as I have. Customer support makes you feel like you’re actually being listened to, & that they really do care! Even after my problem got solved, I still received a message from them making sure I was good, & that made me feel really good tbh. I’m super pleased with every feature of Benjamin & think if you’re iffy about giving them a shot, don’t be! Go for it bc you won’t regret it! Xoxo

So many problems… great sometimes, but so many problems. I can’t count the number of times I’ve had to contact customer service for missing rewards. Most missing rewards have come from Fun Zone, but I’ve also had problems with Bounty Bay and Challenge Arcade. My newest problem has come from Challenge Arcade. I downloaded a game 20min ago with the promise of a 2x promotion for the next 24hrs. My first reward for completing level 10 was offered 2x the amount. After that though, it’s gone back to 1x the amount, while I’m clearly still in the promotion time limit. The total reward after all levels are completed is only $9, which to me is not worth the effort. The 2x offer for $18 makes it a little more worth my time, but now I’ve dedicated an hour to the game to find out it was a lie.
Other problems I’ve had have been disappearing offers (one of which was supposed to award $47 and cost me money to completely), simply untracked tasks, and changing award amounts. I’ve made over $70 at the point (I haven’t cashed out yet), but at this point I’m starting to feel like I’ve been scammed, or at least taken advantage of. Either pay what you offer or don’t offer it at all. Stop lying about it. Customer service, I don’t want to hear “well our partners are changing their reward amounts.” I don’t care if they do, the offer should lock in for us as soon as we click the download button.
