Fraud - They still have my $500 - 6 months later.
I bought $1000 of Uber dollars for $500 in September 2017. It was supposed to be delivered by early Dec 2017. In mid-Dec they emailed saying they were having issues and delivery would be by the end of Dec 2017. After reaching out to them about a dozen times I heard from the owner, Andrew Healy on Feb 26, 2017. He said I'd get a full refund by the end of that week. Here we are in mid-March 2018 and I've had no communication from them and I still don't have my $500. I've cc'd Andrew and customer service DAILY for the past 2 weeks and they just don't respond. It's sad because I bought the same thing about a year ago and received the $1000 credit to uber and loved it. I'm hoping they do the right thing and just refund my money.
Do not use! Refuse to deliver or refund $500 purchase!
Do not trust this company! I had used it for a couple of purchases that went fine but then I ordered a $1000 uber gift card for the price of $500. The original delivery date was December 2017 then it got pushed back a couple of months, so I followed up and they said it was delayed more. After another month, I followed up and didn’t receive a response. I kept following up to no response, and finally, near the end of 2018, their CEO, Andrew Chapin, responds and says he’ll get right on delivering the order. Sure enough, he goes dark on me too despite me following up multiple times and filing a complaint with the BBB. Whatever you do, do not trust this company! Do not download the app. They are a scam.
