Good for my needs

I like this app. It is easy to use and it lets me see all my transactions and also lets me search for transaction if that is what I need.

The only thing I don’t like is that they had a resent update and I don’t really like the changes. Before it had all the deposits in black and all the charges in red. Now they are all in black. It was easy to tell what was a deposit and what was a charge. Now I have to search for the difference. Go back to the black and red please.

Poor service

I am very disappointed in the Berkshire Bank Mobile app and the customer service representatives that were supposed to help. I was on the phone for one hour with your customer service reps who at the end could not help me . I was tryingTo deposit a $5085 check and was told that it was over the $5000 self-imposed bank limit if you’re finally being told that the limit would be increased for that day only I was then told that since it was a an insurance check that the deposit could not be made over Berkshire banks mobile app

I was very disappointed that no one could help me despite the fact that I had $217,000 in the money market account at Berkshire Bank. I’m seriously considering moving my entire relationship to this very poor service in an ability of the customer service rep and his two supervisors

Since I am currently residing in Florida I would have to wait till I got back to Albany or mailed the check to a branch defeating the purpose of a mobile app

Not as intuitive as it could be

My issue is with the mobile check deposit process. When you take a photograph of the front or back of check you see three symbols a green check mark, a red back arrow and a blue information button. It was not immediately obvious to me that to move from the front of check shot to the back of check shot you should tap on the green check mark. I found this out instead by repeat trial and error after mistakenly tapping on the info and back buttons a couple of times. A green “next” button with (or instead of) a check mark would be clearer. To me a check mark symbolizes a successful photo not an invitation to proceed with the process! You should not have to rely on mind reading the intent of the programmers!
