Great to see the app launch
Such a great idea in general, have enjoyed my consults to date but definitely glad to see the app launch so it is easier to access my account and make and change appointments.

Disappointing
The app seems rushed and has the features, but lacks the functionality. Notably, chat messages take ages to update and the notification of a new message remains for ages after I’ve already read it. Additionally, the journal feature jumbles the order of comments. I would not be surprised if the server for this app is hosted on a raspberry pi, as it is that slow. Hopefully leadership decides to put some more effort into their app!
