Best Buy Connect 4+

I’ve only been using this for two days for my new job and I already despise it. One of the most consistently frustrating and unintuitive apps I’ve ever used. Why do I have to log in to EVERY section of the app?! I should be able to log in ONCE and have access to everything. But every time I tap on literally any section I have to log in again and it takes several more taps to clear out the “strong password” suggestion so I can type in my actual password. It won’t save my login either so I’m typing and typing just to view my schedule and clock in/out. Horrible. Please make this app that we are forced to use at least be usable.

This app was find until recently I can’t seem to find Time Off request anymore it was super helpful when I have appointments which I make many appointments this update is terrible. Because now this will impact my daily schedule and makes it more difficult when I need to request time off especially for appointments which I make doctors appointments weekly. Please re add Time Off request unless it still exists then this update made it a lot more difficult to locate.

As a current employee, trying to check my schedule and stay up to date with workplace news has been a nightmare. This app used to work fine for me, besides the occasional freeze. However, the most recent update has caused a constant sign in loop for me. I’m no programmer, but I’ve seen apps from indie developers, working out of their basement, that are more consistent than this. Not impressed.
