Sometimes I have some errors on not getting my product wanted on time because of error with the payment platform that has only once.

Otherwise great app and overall look of the website and very user friendly. Definitely prefer this option than going to store and try finding what I need. All though my store has always been wonderful and always goes above and beyond my expectations especially the geek squad.

There have been some incidents but they are always wonderful with there customer service and enjoy there company. My spouse just hates stores as well lol so best option is definitely the pick up or delivery since I don’t drive. Just a shout out to the Northglenn Colorado office thank you for your amazing customer service and going above and beyond same thing with the geek squad.

The regular shopping part of the app is fine, but there is a HUGE glitch in the credit card account part of the app! If you have the BB credit card and pay through the app, be REALLY CAREFUL not to tap on the ‘make a payment’ part UNLESS YOU REALLY PLAN TO PAY RIGHT THEN!! I accidentally tapped on that, and backed out because I wasn’t making a payment, and it made a payment at the highest one of the a available options WITHOUT ME EVER CLICKING ON THE “authorize” BUTTON!!! I am now out $2500 AT CHRISTMAS, overdrawn in my bank account, and have to wait WEEKS for the dispute process to complete to get this UNAUTHORIZED payment refunded!! I have no money to pay my rent or other bills because of this glitch. I am appalled at the shoddy programming that would allow this to happen and am wondering how many other people have had their money stolen by this glitch. It is horrifying that this is possible, and there is no way to get the charge immediately refunded because the app says it was authorized! Be careful, everyone!! EDIT: I have reported this to Apple as a scam or fraud because no credit card app should ever be charging someone without their authorization. That is theft, and I will start escalating if there is no response regarding correcting this glitch.

Add a printer Peter go bad how does schedule an appointment with the geek squad online after going through virtual which was disconnected three separate times and the final thing was to take it to a store take it to the store with a 3637 minutes just to be asked for an appointment on saying no and the virtual told me to bring it in and made me wait another 34 minutes before I got disgusted to talk with the manager in the store to find out it’s a simple as replacing but instead of replacing it, you give me back the money that I paid for it now with the printer is worth today therefore costing me an extra $80 instead of just replacing it when I had the protection therefore I consider that as being fraud or illegal what you condone this action, so Costin me extra money because you don’t want to replace it you wanna do the simple task refunding, then you refund or under the manufacture warranty not even the geek quad warranty or plan that again shows that it’s illegal. It’s fraud. It’s a scam CEO Water be ashamed. This is stealing from your customers but then again, you’ve been doing this for years as I’ve looked at other reviews
