Missing info

When a lot organizer hasn’t posted any shifts, there is no way to contact that organizer because the “contact organizer” button is only available once you tap into a posted shift. Please add the ability to see the organizer’s contact info even if they haven’t posted any shifts.

And, there is no method of contacting BFT tech support through the app. It would be nice if there was a “contact support” option in the menu.

We been using this app for years since we start our food truck business. The app is user friendly. It has huge capability from managing to organizing our business from booking spots, online ordering, managing events and growing your businesses. Excellent customer service, technical support. We highly recommended to download this app for your food truck businesses.

Order Ahead!!!

This app is amazing for the Gourmet Food Truck business. We are able to create shifts and provide an order ahead link to the client site. This allows for contactless ordering and sends automatic notifications when the order is ready. If you’re in the Gourmet Food Truck business this is a must have!
