Ratings and Reviews
Easier to use than the website
The app is much friendlier to use to update profiles and vaccination records compared to the website. I also appreciate the easy-access links to the webcams. It was always a hunt to find the cameras on the website. However, I’ve tried to check in on my boy numerous times via these webcams and they haven’t worked for me. I was told they were working getting them up and running again, but it was frustrating knowing the links were *right there* at my fingertips yet they didn’t work. Being able to see all previous reservations and future reservations is easy. Overall, the app appears and for the most part is, easier to use than the website. Please get your cameras/webcams working!
Best Friends
This App took a lil time, but I was able to move thru it. It’s confusing to try to apply coupons, so I just bring them w me at the boarding time.
I was able to book a reservation, but I call to co firm anyway. I wanna be sure they have everything & he’s playing daily.
The only thing is I loved the idea of the Pet Cams, but we went away for a wk & I looked daily & Never saw my dog play?! I wish they cld go crazy U an idea of the timeframe he’ll be out ahead or system txts U when he’s out paying, so U van enjoy seeing your Best Friend while Ur away…
Great App so Far
I’ve only used the app to see reservations I’ve already made and to view the checklist for my upcoming visit. The main thing I wish I could do is add additional services to the existing reservation like extra walks or a grooming service. If there is a way to do it without calling, it’s not user friendly because I can’t figure it out. Other than that though, I’ve had no real issues!
