Came here just to make a point that I’ve been using this Sportsbook for almost a year now , and I never had had issues like.. not even a single issue that I’ve read on these bad reviews not ONE. For one, the bonus bets you can spend it exactly how you want. If they gave you 150 bonus you can do your bet at as low as .20 cents still, or if you wanted to throw you a $50 bet, u could. So that’s awesome considering DraftKings forces the 150 free bets in $25 bets. Secondly , I find that the parlays that they have premade to bet on - have great odds and great picks. And the cashing out option yes that’s awesome too. I’ve never had a single issue that I keep reading any of these people in there reviews .. if you are having location issue, go in ur settings make sure it’s even on. If you can’t withdrawal, I think you are lying honestly. I’ve made almost 10k within 6 months , I have no limits on my account , I’ve had no issues. It’s simple. Good job 365!!
Take the time to read, may save you some money
So I’ve used this app for a little bit now, and I have a understanding of the cash out system they provide. I had a bet going for $300 and was given the chance to cash out because 3 legs out of 6 had already hit. I decided to wait a little and let that payout increase but then 2 legs of the correct 3 were no longer checked and it was no runs in the first inning of baseball so obviously I saw that it did actually hit. But taking away those checks also took my cash out option. One leg started to go sour still winning tho but I wanted to cash out. So I called support. First guy said he could help then says he hangs up on me. Second guy does the exact same, so now I’m thinking I’m done after the third guy. The third guy assists me well, and says since the bet had ended but he could tell I was trying to contact support he was going to award me bonus bets. So I was stressed out from the terrible support but now I felt fine and was somewhat relieved until I made a joke about how I shouldn’t bet. Then he restricted my account and took the bonus bet offer away. I understand some have big gambling issues but I had to stay on the phone with another person for 30 more minutes over a hour at this point to have my account restrictions lifted and never got the money. I was 100% cheated out of money and 100% because their support is incompetent. The only reason I give them 2 stars is cause it’s a easier to use app.
Terrible app, corrupt company
Me and my friends all took them up on their new customer offer to deposit $10 to get $365 in bonus bets to use for the first weekend of March Madness. We all downloaded the app and made our deposits and after some time waiting on the slow app to process everything, got our bonus bets and started playing. We noticed immediately that the app really sucked compared to others-it was glitchy, it froze randomly at times, and it looked terrible. But hey, we thought it was worth it for the bonus bets.
I used about half of the bonus bets over 2 days and won a little money, then went to bed. When I woke up in the morning and tried to place a bet, the app said there were restrictions on my account. I called customer service, and after being placed on hold for a while, was told that their “trading team” decided they didn’t want to do business with me anymore and that I could never make a bet on their app again. My friends had used all of their bonus bets up quicker than me so they avoided these shenanigans. Clearly Bet365 realized they weren’t making money off of me and decided to take their ball and go home. Also my withdrawals on the money I did make still haven’t processed after multiple days, so they may have just stolen $10 from me.
Do not give these crooks any of your real money. If you want to take your chances and use bonus bets to take their money, fine, but once that’s done (hopefully quickly) take your business elsewhere.
