Getting better and Great Service
BetFred was a little rough when they first launched in AZ, but they are definitely getting better. The app is becoming more stable and more options for betting. Their promos are also getting better as well. One thing that is really lacking in the Sportsbook industry is solid customer service. I had an issue today and i was able to text support and they stood by their promotion and helped me out in an efficient matter. Much better service than i have been getting from other Sportsbook. Give them a change and i think they will continue to get better!
Reasons for rating
5 stars for great customer service and being responsive, definitely recommend using the text option if you can, they were quick responsive and helpful. I spoke to a Georgie as well and they were very helpful so I would assume most people there are the same way.
3 stars for the app, it was pretty glitchy and it was hard to load bets that were live play. But other apps have this issue too so I wouldn’t hold that to much against them!
Worst AZ book STAY AWAY
First off, it took 9 days to get verified and multiple talks with customer service. I’m a 31 year old Arizona citizen shouldn’t of taken more than a day. As frustrating as that was, I tried them out anyway. Had an issue where I placed a bet, was told it was confirmed. I win the bet and go to check my balance and it’s unchanged. Apparantly my bet had been cancelled. Seems really sketchy, was never told it was cancelled just my bet was voided with no notification. So I had a winning bet and wasn’t given my winnings. Talked to customer service for hours they weren’t helpful at all. This is all in day one with Betfred. I used there free bet and won to get a little profit even with my loss and cashed out immediately, won’t be using them again.
