connection lost
We lost all connection to both Orb and eclipse on one of our iphones. The other iphone connects to Orb but not eclipse. This is a bad move and not a user friendly interface.

It sound like the Eclipse has not been added to the app yet. If you are having trouble connecting the Eclipse to the app please contact Help@shadelights.com
Unreliable
I’ve had continuous problems using my light with the app. I will get an email how to fix but it just doesn’t reliably fix the problem.
