As an app created by young people, it focuses on providing features and tools that young people actually want to engage with, that will have a lasting, beneficial impact on their well-being.

• The journal bot: an opportunity for the user to discuss their day by reflecting and sharing thoughts privately
• Aims for the day: a section dedicated to finding ways to improve users’ physical and mental fitness
• Ellie’s story: a look into a real teenager’s journey to improving her mental health, and the progress she made with these same techniques
