Personally, as a sterile processing technician myself, I have benefited from the information that has been provided. It has made me make informed decisions daily. I appreciate how our industry is evolving and making good use of innovation and technology. I’ve been in this field of work for 23 years and I’ve seen Sterile Processing go from the basement to the boardroom. I remember years ago sitting in my high school biology and chemistry class thinking we would never need this information, but boy was I wrong.lol
