I was introduced to Betina’s workouts when I had a subscription to Apple Fitness and I realized that I kept turning to her workouts over other instructors. When she left Apple Fitness, I started following her on the Nike app and on Instagram and was so excited about BGTV when she announced it. I signed up right away and began with the 14 day challenge. I’ve participated in other challenges from other apps before, but none so consistently as Betina’s! She makes strength training FUN with her energy, her ability to meet you where you are, and her relatability of what it’s like to squeeze in workouts as a working mom. I appreciate how there are shorter and longer workouts offered. I could already feel a huge difference after the 14 day challenge and had to buy heavier weights with my increase in strength. I’ve already repeated many of the videos and it’s been so inspiring to realize the progress I’ve made from starting to now, but also knowing I can repeat these videos and continue to challenge myself with heavier weights and other variations.

BGTV has been so helpful for me establishing healthy habits through my transition from college to postgrad. I have been a dancer my whole life and originally started training with Betina on the NTC app to supplement my dance classes in high school. I don’t have as much access to that outlet anymore, so I have been focusing on finding new ways to stay active. I love Betina’s positive energy and think she has a great perspective on using fitness to enhance all aspects of your life. On the app, I especially like participating in month-long challenges and using the workout calendar to beat decision fatigue. These features have really helped be more consistent. I think what makes this community so great is how personal it is with Betina responding to members’ individual questions/concerns and offering her support to everyone. I have become so much stronger since joining and it always feels so rewarding when I am able to move up to heavier weights in the exercises!

If I can give more stars I would because in the past 2 1/2 months I have been inspired and motivated to become the best version of myself each and everyday. Before BGTV I had given up on working out and stuck to just walking my dog. However, I felt like that wasn’t enough and had to do something about it. Coach Betina has workouts that are easily accessible and can be done either at the comfort of your home (like I usually do) or at a gym. BGTV has a variety of workouts that not only get your heart pumping, but build strength and get those happy hormones going. Not to mention Coach Betina’s love and enthusiasm for what she does gives me that strength and energy to finish every workout. Lastly, BGTV has a positive and supportive community to help with everyone’s progress through their own fitness/wellness journey. Thank you BGTV Fam! Couldn’t have done this without you. 💪🏽 💜

The BGTV app has been such a game changer for me throughout my pregnancy! Staying active was really important to me, but I often felt unsure of what was safe to do. Once I got started, I didn’t feel the need to worry. The workouts were easy to follow, and tailored to each stage, which gave me so much confidence in staying active. I loved how Betina offered modifications when I needed them, and the mix of strength, mobility, and gentle stretching kept me feeling strong and energized without ever feeling overworked.What I loved most was how the app met me where I was. Some days I had lots of energy, other days not so much, and there was always something that felt right for me in that moment. Now that I’m in the postpartum stage, I’m even more excited to continue using it. Working out alongside Betina while she also recovers from pregnancy makes me feel supported as I rebuild my strength, and it’s so reassuring knowing the workouts are designed with a mom’s needs in mind. Having this app has truly made fitness feel accessible, encouraging, and sustainable through such a big life transition.Highly recommend for any moms to be, new moms or ANYONE looking for safe, effective, and goal achieving workouts!
