Description
App to contribute to kin of bravehearts who laid down their lives in the line of duty
The brave soldiers of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) fight a daily battle to safeguard India’s external and internal security. Protecting the hostile boarders in the west with Pakistan and in the north and east with China; and facing the threats generated by the militants in Jammu and Kashmir, insurgency in the north-east; and Maoist extremists in central and east India, to keep us safe. One soldier loses his/her life every third day and one is permanently incapacitated.
Bharat Ke Veer mobile app is an initiative for the citizens to pay homage to the bravehearts in Central Armed Police Forces who laid down their lives in the line of duty. Using this app, individuals can contribute directly into the bank accounts of the braveheart’s kin, or to the “Bharat Ke Veer” corpus.
To ensure maximum coverage, a cap of 15 lakhs is envisaged per braveheart and the donor would be alerted if the amount exceeds Rs 15 lakhs, so that they can choose to either decrease their contribution or divert part of the donation to another braveheart's account, or to the “Bharat Ke Veer” corpus.
“Bharat Ke Veer” corpus would be managed by a committee made up of eminent persons of repute and senior government officials, in equal number, who would decide to disburse the fund equitably to the braveheart's family on need basis. There is no limit to contribution to “Bharat Ke Veer” corpus.

App is not working :(
unfortunately the app is not working :( when tap the app, the home page says “page not found”!!!!! Is it because I’m trying to access the app outside of India? Please allow people of Indian origin living in other countries to support this cause.
Saw good ads by Akshay Kumar for this app, but when actually making it functional and useful, nope!!!! Sincere request to developers to make this app functional - the one that actually works, even for people from all over the world who want to support the noble cause.
NOT WORKING
Saw the promotion by Akshay Kumar. I would love to contribute, but the app does not work. The contribution button does not work. The different tabs take to you outside website from which there is no way to come back to home page. The app needs a major overhaul. Not sure if that is because I am not in India , but if that’s the case , it needs to work for us Indian all over the world who are more than willing to help. Looking forward to get the next version that will resolve all this .

Please fix the app and make it functional
This is a great idea with the best of intentions but we owe it to the families of the brave hearts that it is well executed. Please fix the app to allow for overseas Indians to contribute.
There are many of our countrymen who share the similar intentions and would like to contribute (a very very bare minimum that we can do).....which might be of some little support to the martyr’s families.
Please fix the app and provide continuous support to maintain it......it will build confidence and will help ensure that the app serves its intention.
