As a devoted patron of BIBIBOP, I can confidently attest to the exceptional quality of both their food and service. Beyond the fresh and delicious fare, what truly sets BIBIBOP apart is their emphasis on people. During my recent visit to the Keystone location, I was warmly greeted by the new Store Manager whose engaging and enthusiastic demeanor left a lasting impression.

The dedication of the staff at BIBIBOP, exemplified by the outstanding leadership at the Keystone branch, reflects a commitment to excellence that extends far beyond the kitchen. It’s evident that BIBIBOP prioritizes not only fresh ingredients but also top-tier talent, resulting in an unparalleled dining experience.

I am grateful for the consistently high standards upheld by BIBIBOP and commend their focus on both quality food and exceptional service. My loyalty to BIBIBOP is unwavering, and I eagerly anticipate many more visits to come. Hats off to the entire team for their dedication and passion!

When I first heard about BIBIBOP, I was expecting it to be something similar to Chipotle, which made me less than excited to try it. I decided to give them a chance anyways, and I’m SO glad that I did! Everything is always super fresh, and it’s obviously an added bonus that it’s gluten free! It’s so nice to have a healthy takeout option that’s affordable. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Bibibop offers great, healthy fast food. Their app, however, is beyond frustrating!

Orders are not in chronological order which is annoying. If you make a mistake and click on a tab during your order, it’s erased.

But the worst is when you click on a recent order and try to place the order, and the app just doesn’t respond. You click “select” and nothing.

We finally figured out this happens when there’s a missing/unavailable ingredient in your order. Such a poor design.

App should tell you that some items are unavailable and allow you to substitute. Or, if it’s just affecting one bowl in your order, it could be highlighted to force a substitution. Sadly, instead of anything like that, you’re just stuck on a screen with no explanation.
So it seems like the app and the website (we tried both) are down. This needs to be fixed asap. I’d bet Bibibop likely loses lots of orders because of this odd and super frustrating glitch. As it stands, I have to re-input the entire order when this occurs (5 bowls). And this time, some items showed unavailable for a regular bowl but not for the well b-ing combos (which makes zero sense!). So this glitch makes it super annoying to order!
