Nice new app
I’m glad to see that big c upgraded their app. It’s easier to use and has helped the over all experience.
Garbage!
You do eventually get some of the stuff you order, but:
* the search function is the worst I can remember. Want to order Haitai saltines?
It won’t show up under Haitai, saltines, or ขนมปังกรอบ, but you can see it if you try crackers.
* you choose a delivery time, and immediately get an email saying that your order has already been pack packed and will arrive at a different, later time. But of course it hasn’t been packed, and it is very unusual for the order to come within four hours of the email time or five hours of what you choose. (I’m 800 m away)
* when you call to find out where your order is, the answer is always that it just left and will reach you very soon. I have waited until the next day without seeing it.
* very likely what comes is only part of what you ordered.
But the staff are nice kids, delivery is free, and it does save you some trouble.
