Big Chicken
Best chicken sandwich ever I will come here every day if I lived close by
Rude
I was using the “Big Chicken” app to order a shake from the Mukilteo WA store. After placing order and paying the app stated “provide your name or order number to the attendant at the drive-through window when you arrive” I pulled up to window and told him my name. He stated he could not give me my order at the window because it was out of policy. I showed him the app and what it said, still no shake. I escalated and told him I wanted a refund and that I would never come to a Big Chicken again! Then my shake was handed out. That was completely unnecessary and very rude. Disappointed is an understatement. Training opportunities
Location error?
I love Big Chicken but the only thing about this app that bugs me is that they don’t have a Glendale, California in their location when there is one currently next to the Glendale Americana which is where I usually go to. Can they fix the app and add that location so I can pick up my future orders? Thanks!
