When you open Big Mood you will first be greeted with an option to choose what mood you are in. If your mood is of a concerning nature, instant and easy options for help will pop up. This app is packed with relaxing, mood boosting, nice music videos to watch and articles to read to help. Another option is to speak with another anonymous user about the issue at hand and to relieve that mood with the anonymous user. If that doesn’t work, there are helplines that you can also call.

Great app

I love how user friendly and useful this app is. So many useful resources for any mood are packed into really easy options. I really like how you slide the bar to get your mood and how it keeps your responses so you can look back at them. The anonymous user chat is possibly my favorite feature, as it helps as a reminder that you’re never alone in feeling the way you do. Plus the hotline options are awesome. Overall highly recommend this app.

Why does this happen to only me?

Hey, so this app is pretty great overall, but when I was looking into this app before I downloaded it, I was really looking forward to the chat feature. So when I got it, I filled everything out then went to the chat. But everyone I talk to leaves right away. Is this a bug?
