Of all the big reds I have visited, this store is the best. The manager is so nice and friendly. And he definitely knows his stuff! I especially like the response time to my online orders. I use curbside pickup and it is always ready within minutes of my order.

The app works well for selecting a store based on location, and for shopping products and adding them to your cart. It shows you if the product is in stock or not, and you can select from different available bottle sizes. The PROBLEM is the inventory is not reliable. After checking out my cart, the store called me to tell me an item I purchased is not available. Then, having selected curbside pickup, I parked in front of the store and followed the app instructions for identifying my vehicle and notifying the store I was there. HOWEVER, no one from the store responded to deliver my order to the parking lot. After waiting several minutes, I then called the store and they brought my order out.

The app works fine to search for items and add them to your cart for purchase. It is frustrating, however, to find out after making your selections to finally find out that no store is within delivery distance. One would think that this would be handled during the initial step of entering your location to find the store in the first place. Of course, after being told that the nearby store cannot deliver, you are offered to change your order to pickup. Read into that as you will.
