I’ve been really enjoying my experience with Bigin CRM so far. It’s simple, clean, and actually makes managing contacts and follow-ups feel easy instead of overwhelming. As someone who didn’t need a heavy, complicated CRM, this has been a great fit.One of my favorite features is how smoothly it integrates with my existing contacts—especially being able to quickly add people from my Google Contacts directly into Bigin. That alone has saved me a ton of time and kept everything organized in one place. The interface is intuitive, and I didn’t need a long learning curve to get started. It feels built for small businesses or individuals who want structure without the clutter. I also like how easy it is to track conversations and next steps so nothing slips through the cracks.Overall, I’m still early in using it, but I can already see the value. Looking forward to using more features as I grow with it. Solid CRM that keeps things simple and effective.
After working with several different CRM applications over the years, Zoho Bigin clearly stands out as the easiest and most practical option. Many CRMs try to do everything at once, which often results in cluttered interfaces, steep learning curves, and features that go unused. Bigin takes the opposite approach by focusing on the core functionality small businesses actually need, making it refreshingly simple to understand and use from day one.The interface is clean and intuitive, so it doesn’t take hours of training to get started. Managing contacts, tracking deals, and following up on tasks feels natural rather than forced, which makes it easier to stay organized and consistent. This simplicity helps ensure the CRM actually gets used, instead of becoming another system that’s updated sporadically or avoided altogether.Despite its simplicity, Bigin works reliably and handles day-to-day sales and customer management extremely well. Pipelines are easy to customize, data entry is straightforward, and the overall performance is smooth. It provides just enough structure to improve visibility and accountability without overwhelming users with unnecessary complexity.Overall, Zoho Bigin strikes an excellent balance between functionality and ease of use. It delivers the essential CRM features most small businesses need in a clean, efficient package, making it a strong choice for teams that want better organization and insight without the headaches that often come with traditional CRM platforms.
Zoho Bigin is a genuinely good and clean CRM app—fast, easy to use, and great for managing leads and activities. That said, it’s a major disappointment if you rely on the Apple ecosystem. There is basically no meaningful integration with Apple services (Mail, Calendar, Reminders/Tasks). When email is set up via IMAP, it performs very poorly—sync is unreliable and the overall mail experience is not stable.Support also wasn’t helpful with the IMAP issues. On multiple occasions we were guided to incorrect settings, and in the end we had to solve the problem ourselves.Overall: solid CRM, but if you expect native-like Apple integration (Mail/Calendar/Tasks), you’ll be frustrated.
Zoho Bigin is a highly recommended CRM solution, especially for small businesses. Its intuitive and user-friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to set up and use, allowing teams to get started quickly without extensive training. Users praise its powerful features, including robust pipeline and contact management, workflow automation, and seamless integrations with other business tools. The mobile app is a standout feature, providing on-the-go access to crucial customer information and deal tracking. Bigin's affordability and excellent value for money are frequently highlighted, as it offers the functionality of more expensive CRMs without the complexity. Overall, it's a powerful yet simple tool that helps businesses streamline their sales processes, improve efficiency, and foster better customer relationships.
We’ve tried many options for our small agency including pipedrive, salesmate, capsule, copper, and hubspot. I can say hands down BigIn is the best blend of simplicity and power to keep a small sales team organized. It’s very clear the team behind it has learned a lot about what’s real important in a crm from the years of developing the big brother to BigIn, ZohoCRM. BigIn’s apps are very beautiful and there’s even a native Mac app. They’re so customizable, I especially love how you can control exactly what shows up in each type of notification! There are a few things I think could be improved and hope BigIn may work on <3 First, it would be great to have a week calendar view for activities instead of only list view. It would be especially great if you could see all your team’s activities (esp events) in a calendar. Second, the way BigIn syncs with google calendar (requires creating a separate calendar folder) is frustrating - it should let you sync with one or more existing calendar folders since you may have dozens of meetings already scheduled into the future. Finally, the support only by email is a bit slow and I wish they had chat support for the top tier plan. Overall keep up the good work and excited to see what’s next!
Developer Response@bythebay, thank you for sharing your elaborate feedback. We appreciate all the love. The suggestions that you've raised are definitely valid and we will look into covering them within the app. With regard to the chat support, this can be initiated by tapping the profile icon on the top right corner on the desktop site (bigin.zoho.com). In case you need us to jump on a call with you as well, please send over an email to bigin@zohomobile.com and we will get back to you.Do continue using the app and do keep the feedback coming.
I’m extremely disappointed with my entire experience using Bigin. From the very beginning, I encountered serious issues that made it nearly impossible to use the CRM as intended. Most importantly, it does not sync properly with our Shopify store, which was the primary reason we chose this platform. I’ve spent countless hours going back and forth with their support team trying to troubleshoot the problem, only to end up with no resolution and a growing sense of frustration. After it became clear that the system wasn’t working for our business, I asked for a refund. Since I couldn’t use the CRM for its advertised functionality, I assumed this would be a reasonable request. Instead, I’ve been met with nothing but delays, vague responses, and empty promises. Over a month has passed and I’m still waiting—still unable to use the product and still without a refund. What makes this situation even worse is the lack of accessible customer service. There is no direct support line for Bigin. You’re forced to contact Zoho CRM instead, and then hope they can transfer you to someone who knows how to handle Bigin-related issues. That kind of runaround is unacceptable for any business software, let alone one that claims to help streamline operations. But the worst part of this experience has been the dishonesty. I was repeatedly told the issue would be fixed “in a few days”—a promise that was never kept. Charging customers for a defective product and stringing them along with false hope is not just bad business, it’s unethical.I strongly advise anyone considering Bigin to think twice. There are better CRM options out there with more reliable support and transparent policies. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—this has been nothing short of a nightmare.
