Is this some kind of joke?

I literally cannot even figure out how to rent a bike on this app. I can say without a doubt I have e never encountered an app with a worse user experience than this. 3 years ago when o was in the Rio the app would work once and then start having problems, 3 years later and it may actually be worse than it was before. I literally can’t even fin where to buy a plane within the app, which it says is the way in which you use the service. This is a head scratcher beyond words......

Not for foreigners

If you are traveling about and not from Brazil, then forget about being able to rent a bike. This system is losing business on foreigners that travel to Brazil. The worst thing about the app is that it doesn’t tell you this upfront. You have to try a bunch of things before giving up and realizing that it just won’t work for non Brazilian nationals.

I would recommend one of two things:

* make it clear that the app is only for Brazilians
* allow anyone with a credit card or PayPal to rent the bike. You could ask for an upload of passport and even a $100 usd hold, if you are concerned about the bike not being returned
