Great invoice app
I use this app for my invoices and it works very well. The customer service on my chat is also great. One thing I think would improve using this app is if I can see the status if my invoice was “sent, approved and paid” by my clients. I cannot see that unless I go onto their official website through my Internet browser which shows this feature above my invoices. This would be the only feature that would reassure my invoices were sent successfully on both ends through their system. Other than that this is a great app!

Lots of missing features for such an important purpose
Be able to see to whom the invoice was sent under “See Details” when you click on a submitted invoice. This will enable the vendor to ensure that the invoice was sent to the correct email address and provide proof to the client.
When one clicks “Edit” line item, you should actually be able to edit it. As it stands, you can only 1) search for a previously submitted line item and 2) create a new line item, both of which defeat the purpose of an edit.
In the same vein, you should be able to delete previous line items, particularly if they’ve been created with errors.
I haven’t seen it myself yet, but I’ve been informed by other users that the App doesn’t notify you of errors in your invoice creation, whereas the website will. They weren’t paid for weeks at a time despite having sent multiple service ticket emails and being told that the error was fixed. The only way they figured out it wasn’t fixed was when they went into the website. If this is currently still a factor, then this nullifies the entire point of the app.
Needs more options for 2FA in App. Annoyed been locked out of app for months
I’ve been stranded in Italy since Covid blew up and I can’t do sms 2 factor so renders the app useless. I can still access my account in the browser because I can use google authenticator/Authy and phone through voip but there is no option for this within the app, it’s sms or bust. You’d think there would be some intelligence in the backend that recognizes the device you’ve successfully used to log in, and there IS! But that doesn’t mean squat when you try to login through the app which makes no sense, you still see a login wall, despite having logged in just two seconds ago in the browser with the same ip. I already went through customer support but no dice. First world problem I know but please fix.
