This is a great biometric see that has never given me trouble scanning a thumbprint. The app is a bonus overall, but the most important feature of safety is lacking from the app. Why can open the safe remotely, but not lock it remotely is baffling. The scenarios where you would want to lock the safe remotely outnumber the times when you would want to make your weapons or valuables accessible when you are not home. I really hope that I just missed that step

The safe is great. Works perfectly fine…so long as you don’t try to use the app. The app is terrible!! I’ve been able to connect to the safe 3-4 times when I first got the safe. Every attempt after that has been a failure. It just asks for the “admin connection password” over and over again. After entering the correct password, 2 seconds later, it asks for the password again, then again, and again and again. No matter what you do, you can’t get the safe to connect with the app again. Fix this and I’ll happily give 5 stars. The safe itself works perfectly; finger print works, pin works….but the app is just plain terrible.

Safe works great on all aspects. The app does work, I notice when I first set it up I needed my WiFi disconnected. After that a simple touch of the key pad makes the unit come to life when connecting to the app. It makes sense the bluetooth isn’t constantly running, otherwise the battery would probably drain rather quickly. I believe the other people having Bluetooth issues are expecting the Bluetooth to be on al the time and haven’t tried touching the keypad.
