Always solved issues

Whenever I had any issues the team always solved them. I just wish there was an option to not be interested in certain campaigns so that those campaigns can be pushed to people that qualify or are interested. Especially when there are ones sitting in there for months.

I also don’t think that creators are giving enough time to create especially when/if they have other responsibilities. I don’t think it’s fair that we have to wait an unknown amount of time to receive the product, only to be inconvenienced to rush and produce content, to then have to wait an unknown amount of time for the brand to approve or request edits and finally get paid. All while being threatened by the app’s automatic response to quickly produce content. For example, I was accepted to participate in a campaign almost 3 months ago, the product still hasn’t arrived. The team told me that they haven’t heard anything from them. I get a notification everyday saying it’s overdue. Would this affect my overall rating?

Speaking of ratings we should be able to rate the requesters as well. I’ve worked with some companies that were great and others not so much. There should be a cap on how many edits they can get. They are not paying a high quality team, at the rates they are paying, at the rates they are paying one edit should be enough. They should have to pay for more edits.

I wanted to let you know we've taken the good and the bad elements you've mentioned in your review to heart💜 All the things you have listed: video delivery time, edit requests, rating the brands you have worked with, and also an availability to see the tasks that are relevant for you. These are the top things on our list of improvements. Regarding the product that has never come, we have a certain process for that. If our team does not get a response from the client task is paused and you no longer get notifications, it also won't affect the average rating. If this have not happened yet, please message our team again and we will take care of that.

UGC creation app

So I’ve been using Billo for about a month and a half and I love it. I’ve made about $1500 altogether with another few hundred about to pay out at the end of the month. This is a really cool way to make money and start making content for brands.
If you’re considering making videos through billo just know that you won’t be approved for every task you apply for. I get approved for around 1 out of every 20 tasks.
My only wish is that I’d love more feedback on the videos I make. The only critique you receive is whether it’s within the brief, and I’d love to know a little bit more about how I’m doing.
Honestly, making user generated content is becoming a more and more viable full time career option for me and this app really helped reach me the the ropes.

good for beginners

When I first started UGC I thought this was a great tool to grow my portfolio. However, after using the app for a couple months now it really favors the client over the creator. You have to give the client unlimited edits (even when they change their mind from the original discussion). The creator has a time limit on when they must have the content done, but the client can wait as long as they want to approve... meaning it could take months to get your money. Lastly, the communication is not great from the team- a client was not happy and even said it was billos fault because they asked me for an edit before it got to the client- they gave me a 1 star review and billo said they could not revoke it even though it was their fault. So my ratings are exponetially lower, hurting my chances since to get any larger deals. All in all, it does seem to be improving, however there are still alot of bugs to get worked out to support the creator. I will continue using it and believe it's an okay app, but I just suggest keeping my above comments in mind when creating.
