Description
If you know and love Battleship but don’t have anyone to play against, you’ll have a lot of fun with BIMARU. To solve this puzzle you have to find hidden ships by using your skills of logic and observation. The rules are simple – entertainment is guaranteed.
In Switzerland this small visual puzzle is very popular and is published next to Sudoku in various newspapers. In France it’s known as Bataille Navale.

Freezing up? Here's a fix.
This is truly the best game of it's kind. The only problem I've encountered is that the game freezes up after a few games. The solution: completely shut your device off and reboot. It's a bit inconvenient but worth the wait.
Good game but app needs work
The game itself is a great spatial/numeric logic puzzle well suited to phones and tablets. This implementation has some problems. Several of the menu options don't work (profile, rules...). The thin white clue text on light blue background is hard to read. The undo button is hiding behind a pop-up menu requiring many extra taps to backtrack. The prices for the add-on packages are not shown -- you have to put in your password before you see the price. Because of all these issues I still prefer the previous incarnation of the app (e.g. Bimaru 8x8). Hoping for improvement in future for this fun puzzle game.
