Great customer service!
I have given 1 star, and the system is still glitchy, but Mike from the support team helped me out! I appreciate the refund and the extras! All I want is the glitches fixed! But he explained it takes time! I'm ok with that, with the credits he gave me!
Update: sooooo glitchy!!! It freezes with the tornado power up and then I can't get anymore power ups during my game. So frustrating. Sometimes will do this on the money bag power up! This seriously needs to be fixed! I understand it takes time to fix the glitches... but this app has been glitchy for years and that's entirely too long!
Update: WHEN WILL THEY FIX THE POWER-UP GLITCHES?!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Love playing but if I get the tornado I can't use any more power ups, which makes it near impossible to bingo! So annoying! Going to delete! And if they decide to finally fix it, maybe I'll come back! My gosh!
Sooooooo frustrating and disappointing!!
This is has been my favorite bingo app game for years now, but the past few months it’s been horrible. The glitches are beyond ridiculous, I cannot even get into ANY rooms other than the normal jewel rooms, and I have gotten “daub error” the past 3 days I have tried to play. I have lost sooooo many tickets that I have bought with my hard earned money and the power ups don’t work right. I have lost at least 800 tickets because I click to play 4 cards and it just freezes up on me and I can’t click “refund” or ANYTHING. I have to end up closing the app out and losing everything I have built up for so long. I see there hasn’t been a version update in over 8 months. Come on I hope you guys will make this right.
Gave it another try and sorry NO AP SUPPORT! I have had issues for a day or two and I guess apple nor the developer aren’t held accountable for anything. Down load our game and if you have problem we’ll I guess delete it. Very disappointing, have several screen shots over the past couple of days of multiple BINGOS but the system is frozen and you get nothing and my new favorite You have a session open on another device which I don’t and I have forced stop and deleted and reinstalled to the same message. Delete it for a second time. Just save your time and get a different game.
