Like most people my family’s life is full of sports, school, work, family functions, so on and so on then rinse and repeat. Biocoach has made meal planning and grocery lists easier than I could have hoped for eliminating a huge part of my decision fatigue. Biocoach has also allowed me to plan for the week staying in my family’s budget and within our dietary needs. Thank you so much for helping me worry about one less thing. Oh! I’ve seen other apps that had been just “thrown” together and not easy to navigate or follow. I saw this advertised and clicked on it when I wasn’t looking for a new one. But this one is it! Easy to navigate and easy to follow. I’ve suggested it to a few of my coworkers. Easy to use and app is very intuitive. It created a week of dinner recipes every one of which matched my tastes with my favorite foods and ingredients. The recipes were clear and easy to follow and the shopping list made going to the grocery quick and efficient. This is a great app for everyone from working families to those with specific dietary needs. It takes meal planning to a new level.
