Doesn’t work
It finding birds in Southeast Asia while I’m in eastern United States.
Not great!
Trying to identify a bird sound 2 sounds were being made it recognized the softer of the two. The other one was really unique & loud and it didn’t identify it. Also, no picture of any bug has been able to be identified, even dead ones that aren’t moving! Trying to contact them to get my money back … I’ve had it for 7 days and have identified 1 bird and no bugs.
Marsh Wren = SoundCloud Lofi beat
Heard a Carolina wren, pileated woodpecker, painted bunting, red-shouldered hawk; which apparently ALL sound like rosy-faced lovebirds to this app.
Had a red-bellied woodpecker call 8 feet away from me and the app registered it as a marsh wren. The marsh wren playback call is literally a minute twenty-seven second long jazz lofi soundcloud BANGER!!! Who woulda thought a lil wren could have so much breadth, not to mention a whole 3-part instrumental track built into its lungs.
