This is the mobile game I didn’t know I was waiting for! Did my first migration in one go and I couldn’t wait for more! I hope you continue updating the game as it grows, it’s great now but with some extra details like more card art variety, song cards actually playing a little tune, and/or more bird animations (even bird customization if you’re feeling ambitious) I think this could be the next best mobile game after Angry Birds (before it fell off). Additionally, if further optimizing could be done or adding a low-performance setting, that would make it perfect and avoid hot phones on the go! Regardless, I NEEDED THIS! THANK YOU!

I love word games and deck builders so I was excited to see a game that combined both. After playing the demo run a few times I decided to buy it. This game is solid. The art is nice and the mechanics are fun. It is well worth the one time $4. I’m happy to support a dev team that doesn’t flood their app with ads or ask you to subscribe and pay for their game forever. Now for the not so great. It kinda feels like an Early Access game on Steam, by which I mean it doesn’t feel quite finished. It needs some major rebalancing - if you don’t get just the right synergies in the early game you lose the run pretty quickly. This can get very frustrating very quickly, especially if you get a great card for power and don’t have the flaps to go with it (or vice versa). There isn’t enough differentiation between the levels you unlock, nor do you have any choice in the paths within the levels. They all feel pretty much the same except for the number of stops, so the replay value drops fast. It doesn’t feel right to need to complete a puzzle to unlock the store stops. I’ve spent countless hours in Slay the Spire, Balatro, Monster Train, Inscryption, etc. as well as many years playing crosswords, boggle, wordle and the like. Hopefully this feedback is helpful, happy to provide more if desired.

You have to finish one bird path to unlock other levels. The first path is 14 steps (word games) and if you fail at step 11, you have to start from the very beginning which is super frustrating and tiring. Please change this.

Fun and satisfying game. Depth of strategy can go as far as you want, but you don’t need to be a master puzzler to enjoy it or feel like you are employing effective strategy. No subscriptions. No pay to win. Just a free version that is fun to play on its own and a great intro to the game + $4.99 to unlock the whole thing. Some optimization is needed on iOS but not a deal breaker. I trust the ethics of the creative mind behind the game, John August, to deliver improvements and expansions without nickel and diming along the way.
