The old app was so much better. I liked how it stored videos of identified birds and automatically identified them. This app gives a “no bird” error in many of the videos where there is clearly a bird present. Doesn’t store or keep bird ID in video either. Not worth the subscription fee at all.

For such a well made product the program/app isn’t well written at all. The messages should be multi-lingual based on your location. The text boxes are overwritten by privacy buttons. Attempts to sign up fail because no verification codes were sent. Emails to the vendor are left unanswered. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Was really excited about this app for identifying but even when bird is “outlined” by the app I get a notice 99% of the time saying “no birds” waste of money and time spent on the app. I’ll just use my bird book.😩

I paid a lot of money for the birdhouse, only for the app to be complete trash. Many functions don’t work at all, such as Sleep Settings - so all night long I get alerts when a car passes by or raindrops fall. Birdhouse is little more than an overpriced security camera without an app that functions well.
