Description
Biscom Mobile Fax extends the functionality of Biscom's FAXCOM Suite fax application to enable users to send and receive faxes on their iPad or iPhone mobile devices. To successfully use the Biscom Mobile Fax app, the following must be in place:
- Login to FAXCOM Suite Version 10.1.0.5 or higher (10.1.1.8 or higher is recommended) with web services enabled.
- A FAXCOM Server – whether on premises or hosted by the FAXCOM Anywhere cloud-based fax service
- Mobile devices should be running iOS version 7.0.6 or higher (8.1.3 or higher is recommended).
- For applications that require photographing and faxing documents, using a mobile device with a 5 megapixel or higher camera is recommended.
