BiTaksi - Your Taxi‪!‬ 4+

I’m so glad I found out about this app. I was visiting Turkey and the worst part of the trip was that every taxi was trying to scam and cheat us as tourists. This app keeps everyone honest and it made the whole stay in Turkey 100% more enjoyable. It was a little difficult setting up my account and navigating the app as it’s only in Turkish right now, but I hope the app will have English soon as well.

I was looking for a special express delivery service and downloaded the website on my phone. I dealt with them for the first time 4 years ago and I was completely satisfied and every time I visit Turkey the first thing I do is download the website because I am tempted to change the phone number. During those four years, I generally visit Istanbul every three months, and my daughter resides there. We as a family are very comfortable and reassuring with them and feel reassured and comfortable when they move my daughter with them to any place you want and bring her back from. Sometimes the pressure is great on drivers, and they cannot order all customers, but in general, they try as hard as they can not to let customers down. It is a reliable, safe program, those who work in driving are professionals. I advise everyone to use it and you will not really regret it.

My cousin sent me a taxi through this app the driver showed up within 1 min. Upon arrival he tells me NO ENGLISH! And shows me the gps destination I tell him ok and yes. We get near and he’s still few blocks away and it’s wet and raining out lightly and he says no more pay now!! Starts to demand money I told him it’s been paid through the app and to call my cousins number that’s on the app he refuses and signals that he can’t call anyone through the app and the whole time keeps the meter running. Then he drives off with me to the Main Street stops in front of Naz Hotel and I ole with him to let me go out and find someone who can translate he agrees. I found 2 people who speak English and both refused to help. Eventually one employee from the hotel gives me the wifi so I called my cousins and they came within 8 mins just as the police came. In the end we were forced to pay this CROOK 100 when it was only meant to be 79 and we were away from our destination.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS APP DRIVERS WILL SCAM YOU!!! THEY’LL ACT STUPID TAKE WRONG ROUTES ANYTHING THEY CAN DO TO SCAM YOU!! DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!
