Description

BJJ Flashcards ruthlessly attack the weaknesses in your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu game.

Do you have gaps in your game because your schedule does not always match your instructor's curriculum? Does it sometimes feel like you are working on techniques that are below or above your level? Does it feel like a lot of what you learn in class does not stick?

BJJ Flashcards were developed to solve these problems, by systematically teaching you the techniques of a well-rounded game and making sure they stick.
.
First, a concise video clip teaches you a technique. Next, you practice the technique and rate your mastery. Then, BJJ Flashcards schedules your next review according to your input. New and difficult techniques get more immediate reviews, while familiar and easier techniques get moved farther out. So, you are guided to always practice what needs improvement. MMA Flashcards adjusts to your level, regardless of how fast you learn or how often you practice, creating a custom path to mastery. It is like having a personal coach.

BJJ Flashcards are based on the learning principles of active recall and spaced repetition, like Duo Lingo, Memrise, Babel and other language learning apps, used by millions of learners, Learning research has demonstrated that we learn fastest when we are challenged to remember information at increasing intervals, rather than by drilling the same information over and over. By harnessing the power of these learning principles, you accelerate your learning.

BJJ Flashcards offer two complementary learning modes. In "Mental Practice" mode, you challenge yourself to create a detailed mental image of how a technique is performed, allowing you to reinforce the details of each technique, anywhere you have time to look at your phone. In "Physical Practice" mode, you work with a partner on the mat, deliberately practicing your techniques to make them faster and smoother. Mental Practice mode preloads techniques into your brain, allowing you to make the most of Physical Practice on the mat, while Physical Practice mode reveals the details that make a technique work, enhancing your mental practice. Each mode reinforces the other.

BJJ Flashcards can also be used as an encyclopedia of fighting techniques, any time you have a problem in your game to solve. If you are having trouble escaping form side control when you spar, browse the side control category and add an escape technique to your reviews.

Stop wasting money on expensive videos that never seem to translate to usable skills. Stop randomly grazing on YouTube and social media videos. BJJ Flashcards efficiently and effectively deliver the optimum technique for you to practice today, and makes it stick.

Frustrating

Trying to sign up for an account. Refuses to load when I click “sign up.” Just keeps blinking. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried accessing the content through the website. Nothing.
