Our Black Star Athletic Academy app is designed to empower athletes ages 12 years old and up to build confidence, get stronger, run faster, jump higher and bring awareness to the importance of mental wellness in sports.

The 14-day workout plan is designed primarily for beginner and intermediate level athletes but advanced athletes will be challenged as well. Also, you will get an additional prep week that provides 7 days of tips on how to prepare for this workout plan.
