Something for everyone!
I know the importance of yoga, but I am not the biggest fan. I first heard of Black Swan while doing an Onnit workout. A Black Swan instructor named JJ Pepper lead a 60 min yoga session during it and I fell in love! I often find myself frustrated trying to follow all the poses and breathing. Many poses I can’t physically do because of flexibility and lack of balance. In most cases i would have quit after only a few minutes, but before i knew it i had completed the entire yoga class and that was a first. I was hooked! Black Swan offers so much more!! I am in love with their deep stretch sessions and the ability to follow certain instructors in the comfort of my home through their streaming option. I look forward to a session almost everyday and my body thanks me for it! The instructors are fantastic and variety of classes are wonderful! I highly recommend!
Fire 🔥 Content
I’ve only been using this app for a couple days, but the classes I’ve taken so far are incredible! The teachers are passionate about what they do & it shows. The cueing and instruction are incredible! There’s something for everyone through this app! I also love how everything is broken down by class length or type of class to help you find what you’re looking for much easier! Plus with the option to download classes to watch offline later is really cool too especially if you’re traveling off grid 😉 this app is a great substitute for in person classes, BUT it definitely makes me want to come visit y’all in the studio real soon!!!!
Best yoga app and great for beginners
I have used BSY before the app was made and from the start I have loved it. I am a newbie to yoga and they have great beginner guides and awesome teachers. The app is user friendly as well and hasn’t crashed or given me account problems. All of Patsy’s videos, which I highly recommend, have made me feel comfortable with yoga which can be intimidating when first starting out. Give it a try because the price is amazing. I just would like more beginner courses that appeal to people that have never tried yoga because when I first started I didn’t understand some things. Of course they have pose breakdown videos but a section of beginner would be cool since yoga can be for everyone to try. I am definitely not a master but practice makes progress. More diversity would be neat. Thanks!
