DRIVERS: STAY AWAY VERY HARSH PUNISHMENTS
My name is Riad, I am a driver with a fleet of Mercedes Benz S and E class, I came over from Uber and am shocked at how there’s no business, 1 ride offer in 3 weeks, they get taken by drivers with longer experience, no money, on top of that I accidentally clicked on an offer and returned it immediately now they want to charge me 100% penalty + Handling fee over 500$!!! Are they crazy?! Beware for chauffeurs. Long hiring of process, no offers, harsh punishments on top of that the app is so basic and honestly useless, this is for Americans. I live in Boston and have over 10,000 5 star rides for Uber Black and Lyft. If you’re banned from Uber or have issues with other apps STAY AWAY from this one. Maybe New York might have more offers but it’s a brutal company with no system or appeal process just a girl or guy sending you an email a day later and that’s it it’s done. I was nervous to do this review in fear of retaliation but I feel bad for other people who think this is a viable alternative or an engineering marvel.
Terrible new application!!!
Terrible new application!!! there is no way to copy the guest's name, flight number, there is a big problem with flight information! in the old mobile application you could get updated flight information, one click opened fresh information in the browser. There is no offer filter. The filter did not work very well before, because it was impossible to filter, for example: so as not to receive offers that are less than 24 hours away. problems arise most often with those offers that are less than 24 hours away! and for this you need a filter that will really be useful!
No notification sound.
The app does not make any sound for notifications for trip alerts. Also trips arrive earlier to the old app.
