Ratings and ReviewsSee All
So like everyone else I saw the advertisements and what not while playing a different game and figured sure why not give it a try and I must say it does get pretty addicting to play everyday. The interface is nice, no lagging issues, and from what I’ve seen and played it’s pretty fair when it comes to playing other people whether in the for money rounds or in the for fun rounds (what I call them lol). They always match you with your level of player and sometimes yes you are the competitor and sometimes you are the challenger. All depends on who is playing and is online at the moment. You do get some of the same people at times, but I think that’s just luck of the draw dependent upon when you are playing.
As for those saying you can’t win money, yes you can. I’ve won over $1000 playing just the Bingo game alone. But I do play some of the other matches that are labeled “brackets” and in those you can win a higher dollar amount. They also have special events where you can win prizes and larger sums of money and yes, they do deliver on what they say you will win if you do win whatever prize that is up for grabs. All in all I really like this game and spend a good amount of time on their other games too because they’re all pretty fun and super addicting! If you don’t like to gamble then don’t gamble and only play the free portion and if you do wish to gamble at a later time then you can.
Pretty Darn Fun
I’ve seen several poor reviews for this app. I think it’s because the advertisements for this game are really misleading. Are you going to make $700 from this game? No, probably not. Possible! But the two days I’ve been playing this I’ve earned about $20! This is based on luck and your accuracy and speed. You have the option to gamble real money. You don’t have to though. It’s a pretty charming game. You don’t need to worry about crazy ads popping up every 2 minutes. The matches are super quick too. There are also chances for higher rewards depending on your ranking. There’s all kinds of fun matches. The only con I would probably say is that once in a while the app suddenly kicks you out, but you get your money back if you report a bug to the team. They’ll help you out. Remember though- this game isn’t going to make you wealthy. Good pocket money though! Also it’s addicting. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk.
Their customer service
Honestly the quickest, most understanding customer service I've ever dealt with concerning a game app. I was hesitant when I started playing blackout Blitz because I've never spent real money on an internet game. *I'm dedicated to Bingo Bash.* But I tried it out and within the first day had contacted their customer service about 3-4times because the game froze and once, kicked me off completely. They not only responded quickly, (I'd say within 10mins)but had reimbursed my account simultaneously! Also when I sent them a thank you reply, I received an actual "You're welcome" in return! And all of this was done within the app! Maybe this is standard but I've only had to deal with Fairway Solitaire's(dedicated to this free game also) customer service before and they took so long in addition to requiring further proofs and this was done via email, not within the app itself.
