What is point of App

I ordered my drink on the app and went to the Thunderbird Tatum location and stood at the waiting area for 15 minutes as the the app said drinks are prepping. I finally asked one of the servers and he asked if I checked in cause we don’t know that you are here to make. Well why would I order on an app if I had to to wait in line to tell the girl at the register that I am here. If you just added a button that you hit to stay start order like many of the other apps I have it would solve it..

Good and could be better

Really not sure why things are rated so low. I use this app every morning to buy my coffee from my driveway before I take off. I pull up and they hand me my coffee. Simple and effective. I’ve had some glitches over time including the app crash or a notice saying mobile ordering not available. But a reopen or force close/reopen works each time. Only once has my barista said the order didn’t fully go through. This latter part leads me to an improvement request- I think we need a history. We need to see a “receipt” of our orders basically. Right now we don’t have any tracking other than when you first order and it tells you making/ready. Could be a good improvement- the system already knows your recent orders, I’d like just a list of our orders/date & time of order.

HILARIOUSLY FRUSTRATING

After going to the ATM across the street from Black Rock at 67th and Bell in Glendale Az. I decided to download the app and give mobile order a try, thought maybe it would be quicker. I got the app set up, and ordered my drinks (which was a task of its own). I drove across the street to pick my order up, after telling the barista know I had a mobile order, she informed me there’s was no information of a mobile order in their system. After showing her the confirmation of my order, she too was dumbfounded. Twenty minutes go by, I was able to find my order. The app sent my order to VANCOUVER, WA of all places.. It’s safe to say that will be the first and last time using the app.. 🤣😤🤣
