I would give the app 4.5 star rating
It’s really easy to use. I like it a lot.
The only issues that I have had is when I do multiple bill pays when moving to do the second one it seems I have to back to home and do bill pay again from the menu. It would be nice if it said or had a button that said next bill to pay or back to home simply.
It could be user error on my part.
I also wish when paying bills on my phone app that I wouldn’t have to rotate to landscape to see & select Pay.
Otherwise, I love the app.
UI is horrible - bring back spire app
This new app is clunky, buggy, and you have to click on the charge to see who you paid because for some dumb reason, they include “external withdrawal” at the beginning of each charge. I used to be able to see balance of all my accounts on the Home Screen, now it’s a max of 5. Been banking with spire since I was 15, (I’m 33 now) and the app got better and better, until they deleted the old app and brought in this new one. Let me see who is paid without having to click on the charge and let me see all my accounts on the homepage without having to swipe across. And figure out why the app occasionally only shows on half my screen. I have to manually close it and reopen the app to get it to work. Or just bring back the spire app layout. That was amazing!

Thank you for your feedback. The app does have a different look-and-feel that may take getting used to. We recommend using iOS 15.0 or later for Blaze mobile. It works fine but why change something that already worked just fine.
I had the spire/blaze app before the new one came out and I reallly liked the old one and the way it worked. I used it alot then the switch to the new app came and I’ve had nothing but trouble since. Everything I had on my old app as far as the way I had it set up is gone (facial recognition, digital deposit,) and now have to redo everything why can’t all our info and the way our old app was setup just be transferred to the new app? I had a hard time even getting in to my account with the new app. If it’s not broke don’t fix it is my theory!
