Legally blind ordered DAEW papers for August 25 and it’s connected to my Apple TV app

OK, so I ordered the AEW pay-per-view app for August 25 and it’s not showing up on my Apple TV which is supposed to do so hopefully when the pay-per-view come around on Sunday, I’m able to watch it because it shows on my iPhone that it ordered it supposed to connect to the Apple TV report and that case if that would’ve been it, I should’ve went ahead and ordered it from All and for $84 so can you please send out a software update for the app? I order the AEW page because if I’m not able to watch it on the big screen TV what’s the use we order it you need to fix the pay, you’re not getting out of it every few hours or so to 30 minutes and had to keep going back into the app to click back on the show that you’re watching on pay-per-view that’s why I prefer over because it was fix you had 100 number when you could talk to me and that number is no longer working so whoever is in the appointment please send a software update out to the Apple TV app Bleacher Report because I’m not the only one that saying that go back and read your messages. App that had so much potential

The idea behind the app is top notch. It had the potential to be the best sports app out there. Between the political stances and narratives they push, shutting off comments when they want to control the narrative, the weird obsession they have of posting literally anything lebron does even if it’s not even sports related (I got an alert under “nba news” that he wore a certain shoe out of his house), alerts classified under major sports news that aren’t news (You will get alerts for bat flips classified under mlb news or highlights), most of the articles their writers put out are terrible and make no sense (it reads like they did 2 google searches and then wrote an article with strong viewpoints about what a team should do. Most fans of those teams know more than the writers of their articles), and the countless nonsensical articles about trade ideas or speculation articles, the app is ruined. It needs new leadership. The community idea where you can have public forum discussions with fans of the same team is great. The way they have the news sections broken up where you can select your team and it takes you to a page where it gathers news articles from all over about your teams (including the teams beat writers) is fantastic. Literally those are the only 2 reasons I have this app. Everything else is terrible. Great idea, atrocious execution by people that are out of touch. Like I said, needs new leadership and a remodel from the top down

I’ve been a long-time user of the Bleacher Report app, but the latest version is an absolute disaster. What used to be a reliable go-to for sports updates has turned into a slow, glitchy mess that’s borderline unusable. The app takes a full 30 seconds just to load—every single time I open it—which is ridiculous for something that’s supposed to deliver quick updates. Alerts, one of the main reasons I used it, don’t even work anymore. I’ve missed breaking news and game updates because notifications either don’t come through or show up hours late. It’s infuriating.

The glitches are constant too. Pages freeze, buttons don’t respond, and half the time the content I click on doesn’t even load properly. It feels like the app is falling apart, and it’s clear Bleacher Report doesn’t care. I’ve submitted multiple support tickets—probably five at this point—and all I get back are generic AI responses that say nothing useful. No one has bothered to explain what happened to the app or why it’s suddenly so terrible. There’s zero transparency, no fixes, and no sign they’re even listening to users. It’s like they pushed out a broken update and just abandoned it.

Honestly, this app used to be great for staying on top of sports, but now it’s a frustrating waste of time. Bleacher Report needs to get it together, but based on their lack of response, I’m not holding my breath. I’m already looking for alternatives because this is unacceptable.
