It’s functional enough
Basically just a remote for blinds that’s on your phone. UI is fine. Wish there was a way to preset some blinds to always raise or open to a certain height weather their too down or bottom up.
It works
Setup one window roller shade then connected to Alexa and it worked as expected. Then I tried to connect others and I got the same error that others were running into. To fix this I synced the bliss app with the smart things app then I synced the smart things app with alexa.. After that Alexa automatically imported/found all the other roller shades. Everything finally works as expected.
Four stars for this not being written down anywhere. Would be nice if I could sync with alexa from the bliss app.
Doesn’t work properly
The app is supposed to show the state of each blind - if it is up or down, if it needs charging, etc. Mine never shows the proper state for my blinds, so if I can’t physically see them, I don’t know if they’re up or down. As far as charging, sometimes they will change but more often than not, they don’t. I’ll have just fully charged one and it will still show yellow or red instead of green. Finally, when I press the button for one group, another random group will also often come on. It’s not because I’m fat fingering it, they usually aren’t anywhere near one another on the screen.
