What is Blobs?

Blobs Mood Tracker allows you to take control of your emotions, identify and understand them. The fundamental principle of the app is your constant desire to understand yourself, reflect on your own emotions and events that influenced them, draw conclusions and work them out to improve your life.

That principle allows to:

Identify external and internal triggers that cause mood changes or mood swings;
Learn more about how factors such as sleep, diet, and daily activities affect your moods;
Develop coping techniques to help deal with negative moods and unwanted behaviors;
Spot patterns and better understand shifts in mood;
Determine if treatment is helping improve your mood;
Reduce harmful behaviors.

How does it work?
A simple UI that allows you to track data on your current mood, the emotions, and feelings you are experiencing, as well as the activities and factors that influenced your mood.

Mood Tracker allows you:
Allows you to track changes in your mood over time;
A simple and convenient way to keep track of your mood, your diary, which is always at hand;
Helps to form a healthy habit of taking care of your psychological health;
Statistics that allow you to understand what has a positive and negative impact on your mood during the day, week, month, and year;
Stay motivated with daily notifications, which helps you create a new positive habit;
Have a personal journal and describe your day in words (in a future release);
Psychological tests and articles that will allow you to understand if there is a reason to contact a specialist (in a future release);
Create custom emojis for your emotions and activities (in a future releases).

Blobs mental health diary contains the following subscription options:
— Weekly with 3-days free trial at $8.49;
— Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged at the full price of the chosen subscription period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period
— Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
— Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
— Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

Great app but gets boring

I mean yes this app gets boring. But I would say it actually helps. I listen to music while writing down feelings. It makes me very calm. I would definitely recommend it. But there’s not a lot to do if you don’t have premium. But it does have a lot of feelings to choose from. And I like the categories. It also reduces anxiety to me.

Unless you have premium it isn’t the best

There wasn’t a whole lot to do. I got really excited about having an AI therapist that could help me right when I needed it without me feeling guilty or embarrassed. They didn’t really allow that unless you had premium. I understand that they have to make money somehow, but I don’t think anyone is going to pay premium for something that we can’t even make sure works.
All you can really do is a digital journal and a mood tracker without premium. I have my notes app and several other self care apps that do that for me already. As a developer I know it can be hard to make an app. I think that this app has extremely good potential, it is just boring unfortunately. Find something that makes your app different from the rest, and instead of forcing people to buy premium maybe advertisements would be better. A well placed advertisement doesn’t bug me that much.

I mean… I couldn’t use it….

When I got the app I was thinking, wow this is so cool I could definitely see why people would download the app! But when I got the app none of the chats worked, the only part I could do was mood tracking which was kinda a waste of space because I could get a different app and still get mood tracking with more benefits, and the “ask a question” chat. This was just my problems, and I did not pay the subscription so I could not get everything I understand that. Anyway I actually rate this a three the reason it says five stars is I did not feel like it would be seen if I was only at three! Anyway thank you if you read this! I would give you a cookie but I’m all out, sorry….
