Your readings stay in Apple Health — never shared. With trend analysis, time-of-day patterns, doctor-ready PDFs, and a breathing exercise for calmer readings.
Blood Pressure Tracker Health+ helps you record, understand, and share your blood pressure readings — with analysis that goes deeper than any number on a cuff. Your readings are classified using the 2025 AHA/ACC and ESH/ESC guidelines, so you always see your numbers the way your doctor does. Your data stays on your iPhone, synced with Apple Health. We never collect or share your health information.
Breathe Before You Measure
A guided breathing exercise helps you relax before taking a reading. Five cycles of box breathing — inhale, hold, exhale, hold — each phase four seconds long. The whole thing takes about a minute. Stress and anxiety can raise your blood pressure by 10–20 points, so a calmer reading is genuinely a more accurate one.
Logging That Captures Context
Enter systolic, diastolic, and pulse in seconds. Add custom tags — "morning," "after medication," "before exercise" — so you can see what actually affects your numbers. Every reading is color-coded by classification, and your full history is always searchable and filterable. Use Siri to log hands-free: just say "Log blood pressure."
Analysis That Reveals Patterns
See your blood pressure averages across 7, 28, or 90 days with classification colors. Trend lines show whether your readings are heading up or down. A distribution view shows how often you fall into each category.
Comparison cards show your numbers from different angles: today versus yesterday, this month versus your lifetime average, morning versus evening. Tag a reading "after medication" and see exactly how it shifts your average.
With premium, the analysis goes deeper — time-of-day patterns, reading-to-reading variability, scatter plots showing how your systolic and diastolic relate over time, and extended data export covering a full month for AI analysis tools.
Reports Your Doctor Will Use
Generate a PDF report with your readings, trends, and charts — ready to share at your next appointment. Download your data as a spreadsheet for your own records. Or share your readings with AI tools for a deeper understanding of your trends and better questions for your doctor.
Apple Watch & Widgets
Record readings from your wrist without reaching for your phone. Watch complications show your latest reading on your watch face. Home screen and lock screen widgets keep your blood pressure one glance away.
Built Around Medical Guidelines
Your readings are classified using both AHA/ACC 2025 (American) and ESH/ESC (European) guidelines — you choose the standard your doctor follows. Categories are color-coded from normal through the stages of hypertension, so you always know where you stand.
Reminders That Build Habits
Set daily reminders so logging becomes routine. Morning and evening, or whatever schedule works for you. Consistency is what makes your data meaningful — for you and for your doctor.
Blood oxygen and weight from Apple Health appear alongside your blood pressure for a more complete picture. Premium also removes all advertisements.

Ive used this on my iphone for a long time but not known how much help it can be. Knowing the range of BP for hypo to hyper to normal to critical is important to understand. It relieves anxiety when a nurse or doctor are not around to interpret. When i had a critical reading it helped me understand the risks plus let me take the next step. Id like it to sync automatically via Bluetooth to my phone. I also would like to remove duplicated results when the delay is long before the initial entered result appears. If it is possible then how do i remove a duplicate? The chart function needs to spread out more when frequent readings are charted. I cannot blow it up larger for viewing during episodes of stress and irregular results. I have not figured how to send a PDF report to Follow My Health app used by my physicians. As an older person wishing to keep things simple this app is reliable and straightforward. It does what it claims to do. I recently added the sister app for Diabetes/Weight. Same setup, dependable simple to use
Does the job
Not happy evb
Does what I need with minimal fuss. The PDF report is sorted by BP which makes it difficult to see how the BP trend throughout the day.It would be nice to have a csv output since my nephrologist wants the values using a specific form and he has no need of the graph. With a csv I can replicate the desired format .

I have another app that automatically adds my blood pressure reading to this; the only issue I have at the moment is that it does not allow me to simply click on a reading and view the details. Don’t want to modify; only view.LOVE, LOVE that I can email report. Wish I could select timeframe. Just realized the comments I am entering do not appear on the report; disappointing. Was going to give a copy to my doctor next week, no need to now. Very disappointed
Ok

This app is ok. Something’s to note that will hopefully be fixed. Once you initially set your info and preferences you can not change them. If you choose dark mode you cannot change it. Which would be fine, except hypertensive crisis is also labeled black. So it does not appear as labeled if you are in a hypertensive crisis. It would be helpful to automatically change the hypertensive crisis color to something other than black if the background is black.
A completely redesigned analysis screen — see your averages, trends, and category distribution over 7, 28, or 90 days, all in one place.
Also new:
- Home screen and lock screen widgets
- A guided breathing exercise to help you relax before measuring
- Performance and stability improvements
