That’s tags and filters. You can create your own tags for marking the records with the facts like dietary choices, exercising regimes, stress levels, taken supplements or medications, etc. And then you can compose various chart filters based on those tags to compare the sets of measurements in before-and-after fashion.

This app is the best and the simplest way to track your blood pressure and heart rate in one easy setting. Of all the apps I have tried this is the most accurate and easiest one to use. The appearance is great as well. I love it.
