Constituent Stewardship -- See transactions come through in real-time, and click through to the constituent's contact info to send a thank you text or email, or even give them a quick phone call to say thanks. Board members can be empowered to do the same. See someone in the news? Add a note about what you found out, and/or set yourself or a colleague a task to follow-up appropriately.
First Time Donors -- Never miss a new donor. With the iOS app, you can call first time donors directly from the Suggested Task List or assign the task to another member of your team.
Prospect Research -- Need to prep for a constituent meeting on the fly? Perform last-minute research to remind yourself of details (Where does their daughter go to school? What’s the name of their beloved golden retriever?) about who you’re going to be talking to. After the meeting, there’s no need to wait to enter any notes. Capture that info while it’s still fresh in your mind. You can even use the speech recognition built into your phone so you can dictate notes!
Organizational Insights -- Access your dashboard to see high level metrics including campaign progress and your current donor retention rate.

We’ve been tending and watering another update to Bloomerang mobile, and it’s ready to blossom! Along with some technical updates to keep things running smoothly, here’s what’s new:
+ App actions: long-press app icon for shortcuts to Quick Donation and create constituent
+ Default Quick Donation fund selection to last-used
+ Look and feel: add paperclip icon to timeline entries that have attachments, add pencil icon to constituent profile image, make success/error messages more readable
+ Display a constituent’s assigned groups on their profile
+ Tapping constituent Facebook username launches Facebook app

Can’t get in after latest iOS update
Love the app but since the last iOS update o can’t get past the home screen - cannot enter login info.

We recently released an update that should resolve this issue. Please update the application to version 0.97.6 or newer. If you encounter any other problems, please don't hesitate to email support@bloomerang.com so that we can provide assistance.

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback. We are aware of an issue impacting Bloomerang users with iPhone 12 or newer running iOS 15 or newer. We're actively investigating. Too many issues to use at our Event
This would have been great but I have uncovered three issues with the mobile app while testing for use at an event this weekend.
1. Donation acknowledgements do not auto send like they do for donations made on the website. This means more work to send these after the event.
2. Issue entering a new credit card manually. The card is stored as I see it via desktop version but cannot process a donation using the card I entered manually into the app via the app or desktop site. Database linking issue I think.
3. We have multiple Stripe processors with Bloomerang to support each our Funds. I made two test donations to a particular Fund and the donation went to the other Funds Stripe account.
These are fundamental things the App should get right. Makes me wonder if they even tested it. Disappointing.

Thanks so much for this feedback, but we're sorry to hear you're disappointed. Automatic email receipting for mobile donations is functionality we are hoping to add in the near future. For the other issues, we'd invite you to contact our Support team using any of the options in your web app, and we'll be happy to assist further.
Notifications Not Working
Push notifications are no longer coming through on iPhone. I assigned a task to a coworker this morning. It shows up in his task list, but he did not receive a notification. I then assigned a task to myself as a test and I did not receive a notification either. This is a critical feature for us that we hope to see resolved soon.
