Worst App ever! Can’t find any of the info we need!
Please please please - if you’re going to run a hotel by app alone you better get it right. We haven’t been able to find anything! Menus, Room Service, spa services, WHERE ARE THESE???
A good reason NOT to stay at the hotel which is otherwise quite nice.

Dear Frank, thanks for your constructive feedback. Sorry to hear you were unable to find essential information such as menus. Can you please let us know which hotel you were staying in? We would love to help make such content more easy to find. In any case, you can always contact reception or any of the BLUE Guides anytime and they will provide you with the information you require or make bookings for you.
App crashes on Discover tab
App keeps on crashing on Discover tab. Also I can not book hotel through the app. It keeps on crashing.

Total Disaster
Do not use this app. Ordering services through the app does not work. It is absolutely worthless until this gets fixed.
