Blue Coast Burrito App 4+

There are a lot of food ordering apps out there. But this one is a cut above. Very simple interface and so easy to customize and edit your orders. Very impressive!

Overall this is nice to use. Wish there was a dine-in option. We have to select pick up and then take our sacks to the table. There also isn’t a place for adding a water to the order when we don’t need a soft drink or iced tea. The grumpy guy who works at ours gets really irritated when we ask for water cups. Also not sure how it is supposed to record points. I have an account and my credit card stored and have used the app two or three times already but nothing shows up under my points. Am I missing something?

I tried to add a previous order - only to have the app tell me that everything in my previous order was no longer available at my store. I have gotten so frustrated with the app that it makes me not want to eat there anymore. When I go in to pick up 5 orders and keep getting shoved down the line and rushed ordering in person it was important for me to have a stable app to order. It has become so unstable, I have to choose to go somewhere else- I look at the app and ask myself - do I get my family excited and then disappoint them because of a faulty app?

There are other burrito option in my area with better ordering systems. I may not like the food as much - but the convenience is worth not having to deal with the frustration.
