Blue Light Therapy App uses natural processes within your brain to help with waking up. With just 2-4 minutes in the morning you will find yourself being able to get out of bed and start doing, rather than endlessly snoozing or swiping through social media.
The app wakes up your brain by stimulating suprachiasmatic nucleus, a brain region is activated by blue light and responsible for sleep to wake transition. Additional imagery triggers survival related neural networks, telling them you are safe and in a good place to be. We instinctively recognize these surivial cues:
Broad leaves tell your brain that water is plentiful in the environment
Images of rivers and hills indicate water and a way to see predators from far away
Colorful food is rich in nutrients
Friendly, healthy animals mean satiety and safety
Plants and flowers - summer, fertile season
Quick and easy - consider using this brain stimulation app when you need more energy and coffee is not available or is not fast enough!
+ Boosts MOOD
+ Easier to GET OUT OF BED
+ Restores ALERTNESS
+ Feel yourself SMILING
+ Improves MOTIVATION in office environments
These are the effects of your brain rewarding you with happiness for thinking it is in a good environment, which is beneficial to your health and safety.

Ratings and ReviewsSee All
Like it, but...
I do enjoy the single beach and water scenes. However, please lose the cheesy music and let us just enjoy the relaxing nature sounds (allow us to choose, perhaps?). Now the scenes with the cat, dog, food, etc. in the corners are just corny and ridiculous, like the developer is trying way too hard! I won’t be viewing those; however, we can choose our scenes, so thanks for that. Whether it wakes you up or improves your mood, I couldn’t say. But I do like the water scene that I can make waves with my finger for relaxation. Even better would be an animated ocean scene! Will up my rating for that.
Blue Light Therapy
I liked it. But it only stays on briefly. Would prefer it would stay on for 45 minutes to an hour. Otherwise it ruins the moment to have to keep hitting the phone to keep it going.
Developer Response ,
Thank you Woodrow, there's a "loop" feature in settings which can make the app play forever!
Blows up on boot.
I found a previous review here I’d written, which was a surprise to me: apparently, the app ran for me at one time, though I could tell what it was for. Whatever it did or didn’t do then, it’s doing less than that now, as it blows up on boot. Can’t run it at all.
Given that the developer last updated it nine months ago, it appears to be abandoned, so I spose it doesn’t matter that it doesn’t run, though if I were the developer, I’d delete it so as not to give people the idea that the developer creates broken apps. Better to delete it from the store unless the developer isn’t writing apps these days, in which case a broken app isn’t hurting his reputation.
