Ratings and Reviews
Needs a few more options.
I really really like this app & the 360 photo option! The only thing I wish they would have added would be to add a section for colored diamonds.
Helpful app, needs polish
I purchased my fiancé’s ring through this app. It was easy to find what I was looking for in the app and it’s updated to support the screen of the iPhone X.
There are some design glitches like when you add something to the cart and prepare to buy it, the icons along the bottom are overlapping with the text.
This app should add support for Apple Pay. Also, this app would be much more useful if it supported Apple’s ARKit and you could actually “wear” a ring on your hand to see how it might look before buying it.
Missing key diamond search options
I love searching for diamonds on the Blue Nile website, but this app is not as good. You can't select key diamond options like fluorescence, table size, depth, etc., so searching means having to click on a lot of stones that turn out to be not what you are looking for. You don't know until you click into each stones details.
I would still enjoy the "try on" feature in the app, if I could find it. I've searched all over that app. There is no "app help" feature either, so I can't get help with it. I'm disappointed.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
